I had a fantastic experience at this Lunette Optic store at the Back Bay location! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a team of incredibly friendly and professional staff who made me feel comfortable right away. Everyone was so helpful and patient without any pressure. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and it was clear they genuinely care about their customers. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and actually enjoyable — which isn’t always something you can say about shopping for glasses! I left feeling confident in my choice and very well taken care of. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great service and a team that truly goes above and beyond. Dr. Michelle Rahimian is an excellent optometrist, and I trust her completely. She is gentle, caring, and takes the time to give a complete, comprehensive eye exam. The new location in Back Bay is very convenient for me. It is beautifully designed and has a stunning collection of eyewear to choose from. The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. I feel blessed to have Dr. Rahimian as my eye doctor.

I highly recommend Lunette! Not only do they have an amazing selection of frames, but they have excellent service (even more notable these days). They also went over and above to help me with a last minute contact emergency recently!
