As good as it gets! Dr. Karina is very friendly and exam is super thorough. You never feel the appointment is rushed through. The office is lovely and the staff are the best. We had a great time choosing frames with Jasmine. She is very knowledgeable and experienced in putting people in the right frames for them. She is very fun to work with and a total pro! I highly recommend Lunettes.
This office and staff are some of the kindest and welcoming people you will ever engage with. Leeann is very efficient with getting you sized and measured while being patient to let you choose what you like not to mention a guru of vision insurance/coverage. Doctors are welcoming and great during exams. Lots of flexibility to pick up our glasses and availability whenever we need. You won’t regret becoming a patient here!
I called Lynettes after my appointment was canceled due to eye pain and redness of the eye. They didn’t have any available appointments, but Mykayla asked the doctor anyway due to my situation. They did not have to take me on such short notice, but they did anyway & I really appreciate them for it. I called around to multiple eye doctors and no one would take me right away as I had to go back to work. Dr. Tayler and the rest of the staff were so nice to me and my son. This business will be my new everything for eye care. Thank you all for caring & taking me in at such short notice.
Absolutely love ♥️ my New glasses 👓 they are mostly for driving, and I was also struggling to see clearly in the evenings or in low lighted areas. Just wanted to give a shout out to 👀 Lunettes Optical 👓 who took great care of me. Kaitlyn was so helpful getting me in so quickly. I also really appreciated the doctor listening to my vision concerns and letting me understand my options, the staff was friendly, and I received my glasses so quickly!
