Our family had a great experience at Lens Crafters located at Cielo Vista Mall. The staff was friendly and attentive. Especially Randy! He was genuinely caring and patient about our needs and resolving our issues. Randy responded quickly, communicated clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress free. We ended up purchasing 6 pair of eyeglasses and one pair of lenses all with enhancements. Randy went the extra mile and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
