I had an amazing experience with Joanna! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me warmly and helped me right away. She was incredibly patient while helping me choose between several glasses frames and made the whole process easy. 👓 Even as the store got busy, Joanna continued to greet every customer with kindness and professionalism. She truly made my visit enjoyable. If you visit Stanton, I hope you get the chance to be assisted by Joanna. She provides outstanding customer service! 😁

Completely honest and sincere review. I was quite disappointed that not a real physical doctor was in house performing the exam. I was excited to finally find a place I can book an appointment for a new prescription because it’s been longer than two years from my last one. I needed new glasses, so this place had an available appointment that same day. Customer service was great no issues there, but come to find out at the appointment that they have their lab technicians do all the exams physically , while there’s another lab technician on a screen virtually dictating it. When That’ person on the screen completes the exam he just sends the results to the physician somewhere virtually to get your prescription written. I completed my exam fine . When I asked to see what my prescription was I was a bit confused and unsure of it because it was completely off. I’ve worn glasses since a child and my right eye has always been the one with more prescription on it . This time it was opposite . I was patient and thought I’d just try out my new glasses and confirm the results. Nope, that new prescription they recommended and wrote was completely off. Not even close to my glasses now. My whole vision was blurry and not clear at all. I kindly let them know, declined it all and asked for a refund on the consultation. I was just not comfortable with that type of service an feel that people should know those details beforehand. I rather have an actual optometrist perform my exam in person .

I had a great experience at Stanton Optical thanks to Dawndria, Sales Consultant! She went above and beyond to help me enter all of my information on the Meta website so I could order my Ray-Ban Meta glasses with my prescription. She was very patient, knowledgeable, and informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made the whole process easy and stress-free. Thank you, Dawndria, for all your help—I really appreciate it! If you're visiting Stanton Optical, I highly recommend asking for Dawndria.

I have been a customer of Stanton Optical for a year now. When I went in for a replacement pair of glasses, the staff greeted me immediately and helped me out. The Lab technician Dawndria was amazing. She not only helped me with my broken frames. But explained the coverage for my frames and what other coverage I had. She was very helpful with my coverage and I felt went above and beyond. Thank you for making me feel heard and making sure I understood everything before I left the store.
