I was very impressed with the service that I received at my eye doctor. I was able to. Use my insurance and I love my new glasses. The employees were extremely kind and helpful. The young lady that helped me her name was tammy bradshaw and she was awesome and helped me out tremendously.

My husband and I were getting prescribed glasses couple months ago. Our assistant was Marina. We are very pleased with her help. Marina is very polite, knowligable professional. We are very grateful for her help. And we would recommend this place and Marina personally to everyone.

Updating my review. Turns out they did receive my contacts and got me in next day for the fit appt. Everyone was apologetic about the mix up. Special thanks to the young lady that does the vision tests she's a sweetheart. My appt was 2/10 where they billed the wrong insurance and overcharged me $50. They also charged me $100 extra for a contact lens exam. No place has ever done this with vision insurance i ususlly pay $10 total. They then gave me a credit for $50 insisting the extra $100 was valid. Fine. A month later 3/10 I call to check on my trial contacts lens order, the lady says she will check on the order and return my call. I never received a call back. Call again 3/24 now they tell me no one ever ordered my lenses.

Dr. Marylin Richardson Pryor

Very professional and kind when explaining and assisting me in answering all of my questions pertaining to my insurance coverage and new glasses.
