My visit to Lynn Family Vision was no less than perfect. From the moment I made the call to schedule my appointment to the moment I walked through the door the staff was friendly every step of the way. I recently had an eye condition that cleared up not that long ago. To make sure that everything was improving and going in the right direction I needed to see an eye doctor. My doctor was Dr. Rasheed Omar. Extremely friendly and thorough. He fully examined my eyelids and was talking me through what he was doing, what he is looking for as well as educating me about Meibomian Glands and how they can get clogged and cause major eyelid swelling which was my case. He even took a couple of minutes and showed me in photos how it works and what had happened. His advice on how to care for my eyelids was superb as it definitely helped relieve the swelling. Lynn Family Vision is where is where I will continue to get my vision checked. And I definitely recommend asking for Dr. Rasheed Omar. Excellent service from start to finish.

I’m not one to ever leave reviews unless I had a great experience and let me tell you, I absolutely had to leave a review after visiting Lynn Family Vision. Walking in the door, I was immediately greeted and the gentlemen was so nice. I did not have to wait one second. They were on time, and I was taken back exactly at my appointment time! The first vision test was great and they explained everything they were doing so that I was well informed. Then when I saw Dr. Mark Lynn, he went over my results thoroughly and helped me find the exact prescription that I needed. You could tell he was very passionate about his job and made sure to help you understand everything! Now, the last step was picking out my glasses. The gentleman helping me was very kind and PATIENT!! I am a very indecisive person, especially when picking out something I will where everyday. I never once felt rushed. I actually felt the opposite! Encouraging me to take my time as they know it’s an important decision! My glasses were ready the NEXT DAY. I have gone to 2 other vision places before this, and it took 1-2 weeks to get my glasses. 10000% recommend!

Very nice and well setup to be seen quickly as well as throughly. Everyone was considerate and helpful. I was very thankful for the time given to thoroughly explain my eye exam and to get me on board with my treatment plan! Thanks so much to everyone. On the 4th of July, a firework blew up in my wife’s face, filling one of her eyes with smoke and debris, after the initial cleaning at the hospital, we called Lynn Family first thing Monday morning and they were able to get us scheduled within a few hours. Dr Omar provided some eye drops, got her eye numbed enough for an exam, and immediately knew that while he did not have the necessary tools to fix her eye, he referred us and got us moving extremely quickly. They were very accommodating, kind, and worked with urgency! I am very thankful for how efficient they were!

My children and I recently had appointments with Lynn Family Vision in Prospect for the first time. The office was very bright and clean and the staff members who assisted us were extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Omar was excellent; he carefully listened to each of our concerns and walked each of us thru the results of our tests. Very pleased and satisfied with the visit.
