They squeezed me in as a new patient with no appointment, which was amazing! The staff were ALL friendly and caring, and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Lyons took the time to fully explain everything to me and answer my questions. I never felt rushed, even though the clinic was busy that day and I did not have an appointment. I am so glad to be receiving my care with these wonderful people! I would highly recommend Dr. Lyons and her Gearhart clinic staff!

Altho waiting room was almost full and I was told they were running late, they put me thru in a couple minutes Dialating the pupils this time was almost painless, and the staff was very friendly. Dr Lyons, as usual, was excellent, knowledgeable, and confident. She looked a little tired: time for a vacation! Thank you all!

Environment was very comfortable. Staff and doctor were easy to communicate with. Doctor was very thorough and explained certain steps he was taking. Additionally, the doctor proposed some measured steps to be taken in order to ensure that an accurate prescription was determined for me.
