I really like Dr. Christianson. He spends time. He doesn't rush. He's well informed has always done what's need during visits. I just wish he had done a Slit Lam exam during my latest visit. Unfortunately, neither of us know that I had Shingles with Ocular involvement and Hutchinson's Sign at the time of the visit.
Louise was great. A wonderful experience and she was so upbeat and helpful. She definitely made my experience there pleasant. Brett is my main reason for going there. He takes his time with you and answers all your questions with a great attitude.
Both Sara, an intern, and Brett Christianson, ophthalmologists, were very nice and made me feel comfortable while completing my eye exam. They both took their time explaining any issues and were not pushy. I greatly appreciate that they were not forceful and not in it just for the sales. Great customer service! C u next year:)
I was supposed to receive a call from Dr. Brett about my glaucoma testing, but never did. I am still concerned. I feel the test was not done. But his tech claimed she did it and my results went from 17/16 to 10/9 which if it is true would require explaining since I do not have glaucoma and take no meds/drops. Veronica, the nice lady who said she would have the Dr. call me, could not find the 10/9 supposed result in my records, but she did find the previous 17/16 from last year. My insurance covered the glaucoma test as it is included in my medical exam. I did not receive this and monitoring this was one of the purposes of my visit. I would like an answer. The eye prescrption was good this time, so thanks for that.
Doc Christensen has excellent patient raport. Possibly a great guy. He's one of z besten (the best). I recommend him.
