I had my first visit and I felt like I had a very thorough eye exam. Dr. Freestone listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. The staff was very helpful and greeted me with smiles. I still need to go back in when my new lenses arrive. But I'm hopeful for the best.
Misinformed at front desk. Great eye exam, very thorough, however I made an appointment for eyeglasses (not an exam since we already had an exam done previously at another Dr’s office) was told they do not accept eye exams from other eye DR’s Gave all this information to them at the time I scheduled appointment. After the exam and went to pick out glasses I was informed then that the ins only covered the exam and not the lenses and glasses, disappointed.
Staff was wonderful and the exam was very through. Dr. was professional and concerned about my eye injury. A treatment plan was discussed and a follow up appointment made.
I had a very good experience during my visit from the receptionist to the dictionary that completed my eye exam. I have been a patient there for many years and have always been happy with the professional care that I have received. I have no intention of going elsewhere for my vision care
