What's good: Scheduling the appointment, paperwork, and the staff. The technician asked all the right questions and made me feel comfortable. The Optometrist was thorough & painless. The front office personnel helped navigate insurance and availability of lenses & frames. What's not so good? Nothing. the entire process worked as it should. Recommendation- Kindness and patience goes a long way
I had a very good experience at Nationwide Vision in Prescott Valley. The staff worked well together and were very helpful. Dr. Sarmiento took plenty of time to do a very thorough exam and used modern technology to test the health of my eyes. They offered a wide variety of frames and the prices were competitive. My new glasses were not quite right but the staff listened to my concerns and the issue was corrected. They provided good customer service which was so important. Thanks!
The staff is always very patient and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and have never had a negative experience. Special kudos to the Manager, Theresia, who has been here for so long and is always very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. They are always a great help and leave you feeling confident!
