I brought my mother in law here for treatment of her one eye and the doctor and staff were FABULOUS! Clean office, friendly and caring staff helped make the experience even better - the do tor was kind, very knowledgeable and willing to explain every thing we needed to know. I highly recommend this practice to everyone!

My appointment was at 3 PM and I got out of there 10 minutes before four for a simple eye test with insurance had to pay five bucks which wasn’t the problem but when they show you the selection of eye wear, my Insurance covered 175 in frames and they didn’t have a single pair in that price range. They’re outdated Ray bands were like 285 bucks and the lady looked a little Bigoted too!

I had a great experience at Rummel Eye Care today. I was a new patient and it took me about 2 months to get in but it was so worth it. Everyone was kind, efficient, and I was in and out of there in less than 45 minutes. They didn’t try to sell me new glasses or push me into buying contacts from them! They offered up both my new contact and glasses prescription without me having to ask. It was just an all around wonderful experience.

Just went in for a yearly eye exam. The office staff are professional yet friendly. The medical assistants seemed well trained in their procedures. Dr. Mark Rummel is thorough in his examination, and is more than willing to answer my questions or concerns. Plus he is a very nice guy. I wish all professional offices displayed this level of excellence.

We've been going to Rummel since we moved to Prescott Valley Arizona 7 years ago, and we absolutely trust them exclusively. I needed eye surgery and I was nervous, but they made it so easy to relax. Dr. Mark Rummel was my surgeon, really great guy. I trust them with my eyes and would recommend Rummel hands down.
