I went into their store for prescription sunglasses. Doctor williams is very professional and knowledgeable about eyes, and I had my I examined. His receptionist, Layla (sp?) Is professional and quick-witted, which made my visit carefree and filled with laughs, which put me at ease. I then proceeded to the eye glass section and met Blaine. He did an excellent job fitting me for sunglasses, and he also was very friendly. All staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you, everyone for an enjoyable appointment.

I have been coming here for years and have seen both of the eye doctors here, and they take the time to explain and answer any questions, and do not make you feel rushed through the process. The eyeglass staff are helpful in selecting eyeglass frames. There was a young lady, Makayla, who somehow magically knew which frames would complement both my face shape and skin tone the best, and I have for years always struggled to find frames that I liked; often they would look great on the rack, but when I would try them on, they just didn't look right on me. Makayla selected one frame, and, despite trying on several others I had thought might look good, I ended up going with her suggestion. To my surprise, the ones she selected really did complement my face shape the best, and it was something I likely would not have found without her help. She was also very patient with me while I deliberated and gave me multiple quotes to review and price points to consider, as I was also considering different options, such as progressive versus single vision corrective lenses. I initially didn't think I was going to buy new frames; I was going to keep my old ones and just replace the lenses, but in comparing what she had picked out for me, I realized my old ones didn't suit my face shape anymore due to some slight aging changes. Plus, as a bonus, they had a special where buying the frames and lenses together was actually cheaper than just replacing my lenses into my current frames. I also learned a while back that they have good AAA discounts for both eye exams and eyeglass purchases.

I was helped by a nice man with tattoos. I had broken my glasses this morning and he explained my options for repair or replacement. I ended up leaving with a new frame for my lenses and was very pleased with the experience.

The staff at Williams Eye Care are pleasant & efficient. Dr Williams is a top notch doctor & spends time with patients- answering questions & explaining diagnoses clearly. The Lens Crafters team puts major focus on helping patients choose the best glasses. They really " know their stuff " when it comes to eye care.

Dr. Johnson is a gem of a human. Extremely thorough and kind during the exam. He helped me figure out my new prescription and took the time to explain everything to me. You can look around, but you won’t find a more competent or pleasant eye dr anywhere.
