I went into Zak eyewear for an eye exam. I was greeted by Noemi and Adrian who could not help me enough, not only that, happy, smiling positive people. Had my eye test with Dr. Kimura, she was outstanding, very professional, did not rush me, explained everything to me, showed me everything. Adrian printed and explained all my insurance information. They have great lenses. I could not be happier and you will be too. FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!!

This place is amazing. The frame selection is so chic and they have a ton of exclusives from a bunch boutique brands, and then their own line of affordable frames is great quality compared to some of their competition. I don’t need prescriptions so Im just coming back for the great products and super friendly and helpful staff.

Went in for my first eye exam feeling nervous, but the staff and doctor immediately put me at ease. I loved my experience, found two great frames, and my lenses were ready quickly and in perfect condition. I’ll definitely be back every year—thank you!

I just moved here from across the country so finding new doctors can be so challenging. It was amazing here. Dr. Tran was amazing and she was able to see how my eyesight improved in my eye test and corrected my prescription. At first I was skeptical but she was right! She knows what she's doing. I also got my lenses shipped to me for dozens and dozens of dollars cheaper than costco because they actually checked to see if my insurance covered the cost of my lenses as well, and went the extra mile to see if my insurance actually covers it and cared for the cost i paid. some doctors offices, no matter the place, don’t go that extra mile even if your insurance does cover it. they were so sweet and caring; all of them.

Dr Kimura and her staff are absolutely phenomenal. She took time to listen to me, and to my concerns about my far vision changing. she discovered that I had been given a lower prescription to compensate for the adjustment between far and close vision so instead of continuing to give me a prescription that wasn’t working for me from a previous doctor… She finally fixed it. This is the first time I feel like I’ve seen in last five years.!!!! I will never go to anyone else. She is brilliant. Not only did she fix my fire vision she gave me a bifocal lens that is one of the newest on the market and I have never seen better far or close.!!!! 10 stars
