Loved my experience, only recommendation would be to be sure to ask questions as the patient. I missed out on a lot of key information. I should have asked what all the testing machines were for and why even though I am a long time patient in the eye care world, their machines were different than what I am used to. Also I would wipe machines down before a patient puts their eyes or head on them. But that’s a personal preference I think. I loved how things were old fashioned in the sense things were written down rather than computer notes. I should have asked in more detail about any changes, I do wish there was more explanation of things but that might be my personal preference and not everyone may care so deeply about eyes the way I do. I had this same situation at my last eye dr so it’s not something that would sway me away from going again. There’s just not a whole lot of explanation from past experience and this one. So again I’d be sure to ask questions but I was very nervous as this was a new dr and environment in 31 years for me. So I was not on my game to ask all the questions. Overall, this is a great and caring optometrist office to go to. Front desk guy and ladies were very helpful. Contact specialist is very interested in your needs which I greatly appreciate! Will definitely be back for sure. My husband will start going there as well.
