Macha Family Eye Care

Once again nothing but issues!! Called last week got my daughter Rx over the phone this week they refuse to give it to me over the phone. Some girl named Nancy refused to let me talk to a manager. Then puts a receptionist on the phone they was suppose to send to portal it never was sent. Then suppose to send me a text never got the text! This place used to be great years ago! It all started last year when I took 3 of my kids in bought them glasses my daughter had glasses for 1 day sneezed and her glasses fell off her face! ( they were not fitted correctly) took them back the next day was told warranty wouldn’t cover them! She had them for 1 day!!! 1 DAY! 300 dollars down drain. Got a call from corporate was told she would get new glasses that never happened! Here it is a year later and now I can’t even get my sons Rx cause his glasses have now broke! Horrible place! Would not recommend to anyone!! I took my money elsewhere with 4 kids and my self we spend a lot on glasses! They will never get a penny from me again

I’ve gone to Macha for 13-14 years now, Macha is the only eye doctor I would trust, especially given I’ve basically grown up there! Ive never had any negative experiences, the techs have never been anything but kind, as well as Macha himself. They are patient, more than willing to listen, and have always helped me in whatever I may need! I absolutely would recommend! 🖤

Horrible experience you call and get told 1 thing then when you go in get told completely different and talked to like your stupid from the rep lacey! Every pair of glasses we have received they break in first couple days. Mind you we hadto wait a month for the glasses due to last did not order them their exact words where sorry the order was lost we are putting a rush on it. I have always had to go get a replacement now my daughter glasses broke from falling off her face when she sneezed now they want to tell me that she has no warranty! I call B.S they also didn't even have thec correct arm to fix the glasses she just got a month ago!! Will not go back!! Thought this place would change last bad experience but I see it has gotten worse do not recommend save your time and money!!

I have gone to Dr. Macha for many years. Approximately ten years ago I experienced an issue with my right eye that left me with some permanent vision loss. Dr. Macha has been so supportive and caring throughout this journey. At times, it has been very stressful for me. Dr. Macha is very calming. I especially appreciate him taking the time to educate me about my condition. I cannot thank him enough. Highly competent. Always professional. Highly recommended!

I have tried to call this office 10+ times since moving to Anderson and no one has ever answered. I even left a voicemail to get a return call. No callback. I’ll just make the 45 min drive to our old city to go to the eye doctor.
