Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. My new glasses are exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Walmart Vision.

First time here since Dr. G. retired. New doc is excellent! Also, Walmart is cheaper than the places I was going WITH insurance, less crowded, more efficient, and they don't try to sell you stuff you don't want. Highly recommend. I'm definitely coming back here instead of the places that take our insurance. It's cheaper to pay cash!

Have been going to Walmart for years, the last two years we have paid everything up front only to have them then turn around 6 months later and send a bill for more. They can't even fully explain what the charge is for. Will be finding a new eye doctor. Do not recommend

Zack and Dr. Tam were incredibly personable and took their time to get things right. Dr. Tam answered all my questions and was super thorough. I've been coming here for years and don't plan to go anywhere else.

I recently called to order my next set of contacts. I received a final text message, letting me know that they were there. I contacted the Vision Center just to ask if I would need to re-order them or if they would still be there whenever I get there. I just wanted to be able to plan ahead because I was currently on my last pair. The man that I spoke with was incredibly rude to me. He stated that he had no idea what I was talking about with a text message but that the contacts were there and that it would be $153 to come and pick them up. First of all, the reason for my phone call was just to find out if they would hold onto them or if they would send them back, which is all that I had asked, but he refused to answer my question. I then asked him to please look at the system and tell me why the context were so expensive. I explained that ordinarily whenever I call in the prices around $114 and so I was curious why they were so much more than normal. He proceeded to yell at me stating that all he could tell me was what is currently on his computer screen nothing more. So I asked him to check my chart and see if they had ordered me the wrong brand as I have switched brands before through this company. I asked him if it was possible that someone could have possibly ordered the wrong brand instead of the one I’m currently using and that maybe that would have caused the price to go up. His reply “well no one would order you the wrong brand because that would be illegal”. I said yes, but we’re all human and we make mistakes, so is it possible that someone clicked the old brand that I used to use instead of the current brand? He refused to look for me again. At this point, I said is there a manager or someone that I can speak to? He replied, “no manager here, just us associates.” When I asked if I could possibly speak to the doctor, his reply was “the doctor is not here and won’t be in until Tuesday. Plus, he doesn’t take Patient calls”. At which point I told him that I found that strange because I just called a little while back about my son’s prescription and the doctor is the one who returned my call and answered all of my questions. He then proceeded to yell. My daughter was sitting in the seat next to me and could hear him screaming, and I didn’t even have my phone on speakerphone. I said I don’t understand why it is your talking to me this way. I just had a simple question. He proceeded to try to yell and talk over me and so I replied “hang on you cannot talk to me this way what is your name?” He said bye, and hung up on me. I called back about 10 minutes later and they were waiting for me. The woman that answered the phone never asked me to verify my information per HIPAA, She just immediately began talking of my case. I said listen, the man I just spoke with was not kind and I was just asking a simple question. Normally when I call here, my contacts are around $114 but today he’s saying that’s about 153 could you please look at my chart and tell me why the price increase? There have been a couple different types of contacts. I have ordered through you guys and I’m just wondering if maybe they ordered the wrong ones. She was able to look into my chart and see that I had ordered a couple different types of contacts in the past, however, the reason for the price change was simply that there was a price increase, not that anyone had ordered the wrong kind. It took her about two minutes to figure this out, that’s all. I said OK, so if I can’t come get the context this week will they have to send them back and I will need to re-order them? She replied “you’re not gonna be able to get contacts from us anyways. This says your contacts are expired so you’ll actually need to pay an additional $110 to come in for a doctor visit in order to order more contacts.” She refused to give me the name of the person I spoke with prior. I came in to see the doctor about this, and he was less than helpful. He told me “none of these guys out here would do that” and he would love to hear a recording of it sometime.
