I spoke to Mariah today for the first time as I was scheduling an appointment for my wife and I. Mariah was sweet, energetic, helpful and on task. After speaking to her I'm really looking forward to our appointments.

Dr. Helms is fantastic. The rest of the staff was unhelpful and quite frankly rude. They tried to overcharge and when I asked to verify what insurance was paying they acted put out and annoyed and stated they have to call my insurance company for clarifications and as it was a Saturday they would call on Monday. I never back on Monday. They finally called in Wednesday to ask for the copay implying I was trying not to pay for the exam. I told them I was waiting to get clarification on what my insurance was paying. I advised them I would happily pay for the exam and I would never be returning. My insurance has a yearly allowance of $1200 for eyewear so I am not sure why I would ever have to pay out of pocket for glasses. My mistake was it took me four years to get the clarification myself from my insurance and have been overpaying for 4 years. Would not recommend to anyone. What a complete and total ripoff.
My husband and I were treated at this store. The staff is highly qualified and the service was wonderful. Mariah Snell, the assistant, is very attentive. She helps you find the best option. She speaks several languages, making communication easy. The medical care for checkups is very thorough. Excellent. Five stars for this store. Congratulations.
The doctor was very nice and very pleasant and explained everything very well. And Leslie was very helpful . Picking out my frames and glasses. You guys rock.
So friendly and nice! Mariah S was my person and she was so helpful finding the perfect pair of glasses for me. Such a sweetheart. It’s hard to find a good eye place! Definitely 5 ⭐️
