Everyone at Dr Tavel of Anderson, IN was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the female doctor(forget her name). She was very competent and pleasant. The staff helped me with my insurance and my benefits. I ordered glasses and prescription 🕶 sunglasses. It was a great experience. I would recommend them.
Provider and assistant were great! The assistant office manager, Vanessa, made my experience poor overall. While I was in the waiting room I overheard her speaking to another employee, I thought the employee was about to start crying based on her response. Vanessa lacked any interest in repairing the conversation or giving the employee any position direction. I tried to avoid listening but it was almost impossible. Furthermore, once I finished my exam Vanessa helped me "decide" on lenses and checkout. She explained basically nothing, no options, I had to ask. When I mentioned i thought my insurance covered more last year she just said "nope, sorry" but didn't show interest in verifying or explaining anything. Her tone during the entire interaction was condescending, disingenuous, and lacking any empathy. She didn't even offer to schedule my next appointment, which I probably wouldn't come back anyway based on my interaction with her today. If this is the behavior of the assistant office manager I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I have higher standards for the price I pay for this service.
Dr.Lambert at Dr.Tavel is the best. She’s the only doc that found out I had a vertical vision problem in 40years she is very thorough and easy to to understand stand. The team there is kind polite and thorough.
I absolutely love you all! From the time I walked in the door until I walked out, it was a great experience. Every staff member was professional and friendly and explained every step they took with me. It was my 1st time there and I will never go anywhere else! Thank you all!!!
Customer service was excellent, the doctor was amazing. My glasses came in quicker than expected. 10/10 experience.
