Worst pair of glasses I’ve had in 40 years. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I paid $750 for progressive glasses and can’t see out of my good eye. Went back for them to adjust my frames and the lady just kept bending my nose pieces back and forth. You’d be better off going to Walmart

Dr Warthman is an awesome Dr. He's very friendly. And soft spoken . His tone to his staff is also soft spoken . I trust him with my eyes . And highly recommend him to anyone.
I'm giving three stars because Dr. Warthman is a great doctor. However, it's very concerning to go for my annual exam and pay for the entire visit in January, including new glasses, only to be asked if I had been there recently when I called in last week to check on the status of my eyeglass prescription. Long story short my entire chart "is gone." I don't think that's okay. Add to this that I really needed my prescription for a trip next week. I'm a lot disappointed.
Had gone to Dr. Warthman for about 2 years or so until he hired whoever works at the front desk. The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and uncooperative. Dr. Warthman is nice but there are many other eye doctors out there that you don’t have to deal with crappy attitudes and poor, unprofessional behavior. I asked the same lady for my prescription so I could order contacts online through my insurance, and she refused to give it to me (which is against HIPAA laws, you cannot refuse someone their OWN medical history/records), and said I HAD to schedule an eye exam, which I just had one a few weeks prior. Also, I got Covid and cancelled my appointment a couple days before it was scheduled. A couple days later I got a bill in the mail for $65 for missing my appointment. No other eye Dr. would ever do that, ever. Glad I am no longer a patient of Dr. Warthman.
Friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile to help the patient. A very pleased experience. Got my glasses when promised, very happy with the Doctor who spent a great deal of time with me and explained everything so I understood!!!
