I found the Mack Eye Center after I suddenly developed a severe, EXTREMELY painful dry eye condition that felt like I had shards of glass in my eyes. Everyday it got increasingly worse and would happen earlier & earlier in the day. I had no idea what was happening and I thought I was going to go blind. I did some research and decided to choose this practice based on the good reviews. When I called for an appointment, the incredibly caring, concerned, and friendly office staff was able to get me in to see Dr. Sarfraz immediately. Dr. Sarfraz was absolutely amazing, she took such good care of me. She was SO KIND and caring and I really needed that type of bedside manner during a time when I was panic stricken over my eyes/vision. Dr. Sarfraz knew right away that my condition was a side effect from a medication that I was taking, and she knew exactly how to treat my eyes while still allowing me to finish that medication that was causing my issues. She knew so much, was extremely thorough and thoughtful, and was able to completely cure me with 3 different eye drops. Finding this practice was such a blessing. Everyone was an absolute 10/10, so professional and caring. I HIGHLY recommend the Mack eye center to everyone.

The office is well run with a receptive, efficient staff. Dr. Mack's exam is thorough and he patiently answers any and all questions or concerns.

Dr Mack is very professional, listen and give great feedback. He performed my Cataract surgery and the procedure was very successful. Great Office Staff, Thank you Kallie for assisting me with the paperwork.

I waited over an hour to see the dr. The most absurd experience ever! In the waiting room for 45 minutes and left in a room for over 30 Minutes waiting for a dr to come in.
