Great location, great service from all staff that work here. Dr. Pence is absolutely amazing, great patient care, explains everything clearly and concisely. Danielle completed all my testing prior to meeting with Dr. Pence. Danielle did an awesome job. Very professional with a great sense of humor. Anyone looking for an eye doctor should seriously consider Madiera Optical. Their patient care is second to none.
Dr. Francia is not only so knowledgeable and good at what she does, but also so warm, caring and friendly. Emily, who had helped me pick out my glasses, was such a ray of sunshine. She made picking out glasses so fun! Everyone at Madeira Optical is sincerely welcoming. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed.
Dr. Pence and her staff are great. The facility is very clean, welcoming and organized. I was managed with great care every step of the way and thoroughly explained the outcome of my eye exam. I highly recommend Dr. Pence and Madeira Optical!
From scheduling to exiting the building, my experience was better than any optical office I have been in. Check in was easy and the front desk people were kind and friendly. My doctor was attentive and patient with my questions. I feel I got a very thorough exam with an accurate prescription. I'll return here for all my optical needs, and have already recommended Madeira Optical to friends.
