The eye exam staff was great, however ordering glasses is something I will never do there again. I have had to go several times because of issues with my new glasses. I live a hour away and have to take time off work to go to these appointments. Today I had an appointment to pick up my glasses again but then I get a call right before I have to leave and I was told my glasses are not ready. So I took time off from work for nothing. It’s going to be another 2 weeks with no glasses.
