I was seen on a same day acute visit. My phone call was answered quickly and I was asked all appropriate screening questions by the front desk staff. I was seen promptly at the time of my visit and the technician was friendly and efficient/skillfull in the performance of her duties. Dr Pelletier was excellent and took plenty of time reviewing my diagnosis and answering all of my questions. This visit was a model of efficiency and competence!

The employees are kind and courteous. It’s always a pleasant experience. My appointment began on time, and everything was explained along the way. I highly recommend this Freeport office. And on a side note I wish all the best to Dr. Broderick in her retirement. I hope my new doctor is just as kind and professional!

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Pelletier is thorough and takes the time to explain all the exam results clearly, in addition to giving updated advice on maintaining good vision and eye health. Always a positive experience.

Dr Broderick and her team were exceptional. The process was easy all the way from check-in through being fitted for prescription glasses. I would highly recommend this Office.

Everyone was wonderful! Super friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and professional! Couldn't recommend Maine Optometry more! Dr. Pelletier is one of the best eye docs I've ever had the pleasure of working with!
