Front desk lady was amazing but the doctor himself was horrible. My 15 yo was referred there by the pediatrician and it was the worst mistake ever taking my son there. That doctor shouldn't practice anymore because he doesn't have the patience and effort to help his patients. Please keep your children/teens away from him because if it doesn't go his way he will yell at them. Very disappointed in this place.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I took my kids and myself to get our eye exams and the doctor was rude and his equipment was old. My son said he couldn't see with either options he kept showing him and when I told the doctor he got mad. Then when it was my turn I told him the same thing that it was really blurry and he kept getting mad so basically we ended up picking the better of the two blurry images. Then to make it worst we go next door to pick the glasses and as always I was told it would take 10 days but this was back on March 2nd and today is August 18 and I still haven't received my son's glasses. I even paid out of pocket for what my insurance didn't cover so you would think they'd care and try to give you good service. I absolutely don't recommend this place. I call to getstatus and when they do answer they always tell me they should be receiving shipment soon and blame everything on covid. This ridiculous already. Safe yourself the time and money stay away from this place.

Front desk & Dr are very nice & professional. Purchased glasses & contacts the man on the optical side was very quick to take the payment but it’s been 3 months no updates on my contacts I’ve been calling every other week to check contacts still have not came in. You would think the man on the optical side would be giving calls to the patients to give updates. First time coming here will not be coming here again very unprofessional no consideration.

The worst experience I’ve ever had! Took my 7 year old in because he’s been having a lot of headaches lately & comes home with red eyes from straining his vision all day. Front desk is super polite & helpful but the doctor Richard Jackson is a nightmare. Didn’t say hi or explain anything, I had to step in because he was grabbing my sons face so hard & literally prying his eyes open. My son wasn’t aware of what was going on because not once did he tell us what he was doing. Of course my child was gonna be scared when this man was coming at him violently grabbing his face & trying to open his eyes!! Went on saying how uncooperative he was & that he was a bad boy over & over again! He told us to step out for 15 min, 30 mins later we get yelled in not called..yelled in. He starts doing the exam & goes on about my son being a bad boy again. He kept switching the eye exam thing & my son kept telling him he wasn’t able to see anything, he insisted on him saying a letter but my son couldn’t see a thing. He kept telling him to say any letter & my son kept emphasizing that it was blurry & couldn’t see anything. He literally went on & on & didn’t even try to help, until I decided it was enough & walked out. I urge everyone to steer clear from this place until a new doctor is in charge. Especially if you have little ones, he mortified my 7 year old!

Dr. David and his staff are simply amazing. My daughter needed an eye exam, the doctor was thorough, courteous, friendly, you can tell he loves what he does. You don't find this kind of atmosphere and service in many places these days.
