My wife and I love going to this place for our vision needs. All the optometrists are so friendly and helpful, as well as the staff. We always feel welcomed, and they're willing to work with us whenever we have questions or want to try something new.
I purchased new classes last year and have been very happy with the glasses and service I received. One of the lenses had become scratched. Because I purchased a warranty the lenses were replaced at no cost. The replacement lenses didn't seem to be correct. Dr Katelyn Keffer worked with me to get the issue resolved. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this shop!
Everyone was friendly, made me feel valued and appreciated, and I would recommend this clinic always.
I'm surprised this business has such a high review score overall, and perhaps it's from past reviews. I've gone there for 3 years but will not be back. Customer service has been in great decline; I've never seen the same doctor more than once which shows me it's not a good working environment for the doctors; and my family and I have experienced terrible customer service when running late and being told we have to reschedule completely, or once when I was there with my daughter, the company had scheduled another customer at a different location and when the customer came in, she was told she'd have to reschedule completely, there was nothing they can do. Will definitely be looking for another eye doctor now.
1. LOVE the staff! They always make me feel welcomed and cared for. I love being able to go there and I just know they’ll have a big part of making my day so much better. 2. Dr. Shackleford absolutely nailed my glasses prescription! On top of that, she just had a vibe about her that that I appreciate.
