Wow across the board is all I can say. I was beyond blown away with my experience as a first time patient. Starting with scheduling, the lady who assisted was so wonderful. She was patient, understanding, very friendly, and made me feel welcome before I had even stepped foot in the door. Once I arrived, I was really impressed with the office itself and the complimentary refreshments offered as well as the fact that the eyewear choosing/fitting/consultation is off to the side and not necessarily out in the open. It feels a bit more private. The staff themselves are absolutely incredible. Xavier was so warm and welcoming and made me feel at ease immediately. He didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had about any tests he was doing and he explained everything as he was doing it. Dr. Keefer was simply amazing. I have never had an optometrist explain things to me the way she explained things, the results of tests Xavier did, things she was seeing, explaining the differences between normal and abnormal, it all just blew me away. The level of care, professionalism, and just how at ease and welcome and appreciated I felt blew me away. My daughter felt immediately comfortable with Cavier and Dr. Keefer and that is a rarity. I’m beyond impressed and would recommend them to anyone.
