Mandel Vision

My experience at Mandel Vision was awesome! Everyone on Dr. Mandel’s staff was so kind and helpful during this whole experience. My time in the office was great and not once did I have to wait in the waiting room, always taken in right away! The day of my surgery was so straightforward and Dr. Mandel made me feel comfortable during the entire procedure. I would strongly recommend anyone to go see Dr. Mandel. My vision is now better than 20/20 and I am enjoying my new eyes!! Dr. Mandel’s staff even wrote me a hand written note at the end of my experience which was very personal!!

I received my PRK surgery in early January of this year. I can say this was the best investment for my eyes. Dr. Mandel and his staff took great care of me from the time of my consultation, surgery, after-care, and follow-up appointments. The after-care was easy to follow and his staff was always available for questions or concerns. After hearing so much negativity surrounding laser eye surgery, it's refreshing to meet a doctor and his team who were honest, thorough, and positive about eye-care, regardless of your choice. Even if you're not getting laser eye surgery, I truly recommend seeing Dr. Mandel for a consultation.

I am so happy with my Lasik surgery. Dr Mandel and his staff were exceptional. Dr Mandel was so patient and thorough during the consult. He really spent time explaining the procedure, helping us to understand which procedure he thought was best for me and answered all of our questions which really helped to calm my nerves. Missy was wonderful during the consult and as my main contact person through out. Kim was so knowledgeable and really prepared me with a step by step the day of the surgery. I really appreciated that. Dr Mandel not only is very skilled and seasoned, he was so lovely, knowledgeable and supportive the whole time. I highly recommend him and his practice.

I got my LASIK surgery with Dr. Mandel a year ago now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have better than 20/20 vision, without any problems whatsoever. Dr. Mandel and his team are extremely professional, caring, and thorough. I understood the process at every step, and felt well informed to make decisions. My surgery was smooth, the recovery quick. The day after, I was able to resume working and normal activity. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Mandel and his team.

Dr. Mandel and his staff were incredible from the first consultation all the way through post procedure follow ups. I consulted with three other doctors prior to choosing Mandel vision and the reason I chose them was because they conducted the most thorough evaluation, Dr. Mandel spent a good amount of time with me (some other doctors won’t meet with you until the day of the procedure) and they set realistic expectations, never over-promising anything. I’m so thankful for their treatment and care and couldn’t be happier with the results. My vision is better than it was with contacts/glasses, two things I no longer need.
