Joy was exceptional in assisting me choose my glasses(3 pairs). She went above and beyond, guiding me throughout the entire process. She even sent back one pair of my glasses because she wasn't completely satisfied with the shape of the lenses! That is resplendent service, and I can't say enough good things about Joy and MannEye Institute at the Pearland location on Broadway.

From being greeted to the customer service desk to the coffee bar, to the environment, to the optometrist was beyond what I expected. I am impressed and will make this my permanent choice for optic care.

My wife and I have been using Mann Eye for the last 2-3 years. They are friendly, down to earth and thorough in their examinations. The Dr was honest about my health and didn’t suggest something that would cost me more money but something that was a healthy solution. With professionalism and consideration like that, I don’t mind spending money with them even over and beyond insurance. Thank You!

Carmen Mosqueda was professional and explained the entire appointment and what exams/tests she would be performing. I was able to get a print out of my updated prescription to take to the VA to order my new eyeglasses. The office staff was friendly and efficient.

I took my dad here for a procedure. The staff were outstanding and very helpful. The doctors were very informative and caring. The only issue was the waiting area…The chairs were stained really bad and had some type of hair. Overall it’s a really nice location and they are very accommodating.
