Northeast Mall is one of my favorite shopping destinations in the area. The mall is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of stores that makes shopping easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate how most of the major brands and popular shops are available here, so I can usually find everything I’m looking for in one visit. The mall is fully indoors, which makes it perfect for shopping comfortably during hot or cold weather. The atmosphere is relaxed, the walkways are wide, and it never feels too crowded. Parking is also convenient, and I’ve always had a smooth experience every time I come. Overall, Northeast Mall continues to be a reliable and comfortable place to shop, and I enjoy visiting it every now and then. Highly recommended!

I like this mall kept the play area, but it needs some renovation. It is very nice place to spend time with litt one, but the whole area needs renovations.
This isn’t the worst mall I’ve ever visited, but it’s definitely not the best. The first issue was cleanliness. The restroom was so unpleasant that I heavily debated whether to use it at all. I mean, seriously, the potential of soiling myself seemed like a better option. The food court was also a huge disappointment. I ordered food from three different places, hoping at least one meal would be decent, but unfortunately all three ended up in the trash. That was a complete waste of money and left me with a very poor impression of the mall overall. As a first-time visitor, I was also disappointed with the customer service. Out of all the stores I visited, only Lids stood out. The employee greeted me immediately, helped me find exactly what I needed, and made the entire experience quick and easy. His professionalism and positive attitude were refreshing. Unfortunately, my worst experience was at Primark. Since it was my first visit, I wasn’t familiar with the store’s layout or self-checkout process. When I asked a simple question about where to find bags and how checkout worked, the employees seemed more interested in talking with each other than helping customers. Their attitude made me feel like asking for assistance was an inconvenience. First-time customers shouldn’t be expected to know how a store operates. A little patience and friendly customer service go a long way. Overall, I’d rather drive the extra 30 minutes to another mall where I know I’ll find a cleaner environment, better food options, and consistently better customer service. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t give me any reason to come back.
For one of the few remaining Malls, this one's not too bad. Food court is decent if you want a cheap meal, and easily accessible. Like most Malls, it has the normal anchor stores. Like any Malls, foot traffic is not like it used to be, you can thank all the online shopping available, but if you're like me and still prefer the old school tactile approach and physical presence in a brick and mortar building, I'd have to say this place probably has several more years of being present so take advantage of it while you can.
I liked this mall well enough at first. The shops are extensive and for the most part the place appears clean. However… I brought my toddler here in hopes they would have a play area we could visit with some frequency due to the accessible location. I will not be returning for the play area ever again. The seats are torn, this wing of the mall is oddly dim compared to the rest of the mall. The play equipment is faded and appears dirty. The mushroom lights appear to be caked in dirt. The walls and doors appear caked in dirt, and the carpets are stained. I don’t appear to be the only one with this issue because despite seeing many other families with small children around the mall no one else brought their child to the play area while we were there.
