I had a very nice visit. I especially liked the state of the art equipment for examining my retina without drops. And my examination was quick yet thorough and precise. Picking out my frames was an enjoyable experience as well. They had several affordable frames to choose from. And they worked to make sure my first progressives would meet my personal requirements. And I loved that it was near my home in Manor! Highly recommended!

I had severely dry eyes. Some days they were so bad I couldn't even keep my eyes open. I went to Manor Vision because it's close to where I live and their website says they care for eye conditions. At my initial visit, the doctor said I have eye allergies and said to get some over the counter Pataday antihistamine drops. After about a month, I went back because there was no improvement. The doctor said to just give it some time. About a month later, still no improvement so I went back again - and the doctor said the same thing. So after three visits and over two months with no improvement I decided to get a second opinion elsewhere because my eyes were still killing me. The second doctor told me that my tears evaporate too quickly and gave me a prescription for Miebo eye drops. A little over a week later, no more dry eye and no more suffering. It would have been nice if the doctor at Manor Vision had listened a little more carefully or been willing to explore other options with me when I kept saying how bad my eyes hurt.
Do NOT come here. Eye care is important and you should not trust this establishment with your vision. Spend the extra money and go to warby parker to ensure you get proper care. I had an appointment on april 2nd and after telling them my concerns about my contacts rotating, the doctor said she ‘understood’ and they ordered trials. Of course when i tried on my lenses, the trials rotated and i called the office explaining this to them. She put me on hold and they asked me what brand i used before. (the brand i told them that i initially experienced the contact rotating with) their best solution was to try a different brand instead of checking my axis again. I was furious at this point because it’s already April 17 and i asked to come in and get my eyes checked again and they said it was not necessary. I have never been denied coming back in for a second check. I was NOT going to wait another week for my trials so i set a same day appointment at warby. The doctor there listened and cared for my concerns. I left with my contacts prescription (which was COMPLETELY different to the prescription manor vision tried to give me) and ordered my contacts online. The process from appointment to my supply of contacts in my possession was from April 17 to April 21. Manor vision just called me today (April 23) to inform me my trial lenses are ready for pick up…. 21 days just for trial lenses. I’ve been wearing glasses/contacts for over 20 years and have been to many eye doctors. Manor vision is the first practice I have been to that i can confidently say is the WORST practice. Your vision and eyes are extremely important and you shouldn’t settle for way below average care. Spend the extra money and time and go to warby parker. Where ever you go, just don’t come to Manor vision.
Everyone at Manor Vision was so welcoming and took the time to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend! Shanon is amazing, she helped me pick out frames and thoroughly explained all the add-ons, along with answering my insurance questions. Great experience overall!
Meant to write this years ago, but I had purchased glasses from here sometime in 2022 before the name change to Manor Vision. Went in for my yearly about a year and a half-ish later, and they said that I owed $50 extra from said glasses when my balance was cleared out, and that they had notified me. The notice they sent was a week out from my appointment date. I originally was supposed to come on a Monday, but wasn't feeling well, so I called to reschedule for the same week on a Thursday. At no point did they tell me I owed until I got there. They said something about the previous office manager not doing her job correctly, and that because I signed a piece of paper stating I was liable for all costs regardless of the fault of the business, and that if I did not pay, I could not keep my appointment. Again, they did not tell me I owed for almost 1 and a half years. TLDR- shady business, do not buy here
