Kansas took such great care of me. I needed contacts and struggled to get the Rx right for my needs in the past, and she would not give up on me. After wearing the initial set for a month, I still wanted to tweak it a bit, and she was more than happy to spend even more time with me to get it just right. Thanks to her meticulous notes, we were able to move efficiently and not waste time trialing things we had already auditioned. Also, she’s just such a warm and funny person - loved working with her! Josh was great in getting my MF glasses set up and ordered. Highly recommend this location and their staff.

Poor quality of all service. unprofessional staff, inconsistent with their information and left the office early. The staff is unwilling to look into anything, is unfriendly, they don't care about their jobs. They wasted a lot of my time. I had a Friday appointment I took the afternoon off from work. I had it scheduled to do a routine visit and a contact fitting. When I first walked in the front desk staff put no effort into greeting me. They called me back up to give more information 3 times instead of fully processing the intake. The attitude I got was they did not want to be there and only put in bare minimum effort. Many employees were hanging out at and leaning over the front. Desk and talking about person relations that both waiting room spaces could clearly hear. They only have one person who fits contacts, Kansas. She was bad mouthing another coworker with the front desk staff as I waited in the lobby for my appointment. I hear very unflatoring things like an younger staff takes long breaks, a doctor is rude to all clients, and that their opinions are some of them are not good at there job. This set a very bad impression as my first time at the office. My was sarcastic and was hard to tell if he was being rude or that's his humor. He didn't ask any questions to understand my eye history or health. He interrupted me as I explained my symptom experience. He made a annoying comment about the assistant for not writing down my current perception when I brought in my current contacts and showed it to her. He brought me to Kansas to get my contract lenses fitted and she said she doesn't have time that day. The front desk attendances only said "theirs nothing we can do" and did not offer any plans to reschedule. I had to ask questions to figure out a new availability. Kansas said she's available at a different location Saturday from 8am-12pm. I'm not the only person this effected. There were at least 3 people who had the same issue. This takes extra time out of my busy schedule. I was unable to respect that she was to busy when she had time to hangout with the other staff and talk badly about another coworker. When staff doesn't care and is actively negative, it sends the clear message that the quality of care will be very low. I lost all confidence in my care in the lobby, and it was reinforced in all steps of the practice.

Dr. Augustine is absolutely amazing! She is professional, thorough, and incredibly kind. She takes the time to explain everything in detail, answers all of our questions, and makes both parents and children feel comfortable throughout the visit. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and provides exceptional care. We always leave feeling confident that my child has received the very best eye care. I highly recommend Dr. Augustine to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and outstanding eye doctor.

My daughter had an appointment at Marietta Eye Clinic in March 2026. I chose this practice because of its positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. During our visit, I was told the lenses we wanted would cost $600 and were not covered by insurance. I showed the staff documentation from my insurance company indicating that the lenses were, in fact, covered. I was told they would verify the recent insurance changes and get back to me. Never heard back from anyone. When I followed up in July 2026, I was told again that the lenses were not covered by insurance and I would have to pay $600 out of pocket. I was also told my daughter would need to purchase new frames because "you can only buy those lenses if you purchase new frames". Because I was concerned, I sought a second opinion with another provider. The new exam resulted in a prescription correction, to include something that had not been included in the March prescription. The new provider was also able to bill my insurance for the lenses, and my daughter was able to keep her existing frames. Based on my experience, I feel like Marietta Eye Clinic was more focused on selling products rather than on providing accurate information about my insurance coverage and not giving an accurate prescription. I was disappointed that I had to seek care elsewhere to receive a prescription that worked and to use the insurance benefits I had all along.

Dr DeVoss is one of the most genteel and intelligent Doctors. His quiet, confident, non alarmist demeanor is so comforting. His staff is comprises of kind and competent people who immediately make you feel you are in good hands. And the compliments don’t stop there, on the way out, Kansas handles your visit, eye glasses / contacts / insurance needs with knowledgeable experience. She suggests products and shares new product ideas. Great team!
