Gazal Eyecare has a collection of some of the most impressive eyewear I've ever seen with my own two eyes. And yes, I am seeing clearly because they also do eye exams. Quite extensive ones as well. Great, high tech equipment, but still a similar price as other eye exams from elsewhere. More bang for your buck. You can tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend. I go back all the time and see what's new; and there are often new designs. Also... custom tints!? Come on.. amazing.

I ran into an emergency because I procrastinated at to long to get an eye exam and renew my prescription. I lost my last pair of contacts and didn’t have regular glasses anymore so I needed someone to take me in right away. Gaza’s Eyecare made the effort to accommodate me this morning and gave me VIP care. I was so happy with every person I encounter. I really did feel like a celebrity lol. I’m not trying to hate in American best but the last time I went the optometrist sounded like she wanted nothing to do with me lol. So this experience took me by surprise. I wish I remember everyone’s name but everyone working the floor was fantastic. Their equipment made me feel like I was in a Sci-fi movie lmao. Gazal even has her own design of glasses and I ended up falling in love with one of the pairs. I was worried with such a high end place my insurance wouldn’t work but surprisingly they did take my insurance and the remainder bill I had they even let me pay it in two parts. I also got to go home with some contacts to Ty which will help me be able to see until my glasses are ready. I was skeptical to try out a different brand of contacts but so far the contacts have been amazing so I’m so happy with the recommendation. As someone that spends all day working on computers and later in the day enjoys gaming, my eyesight can suffer if I’m not wearing comfortable contacts. I’m also excited to have brand new pair of glasses once again so I can rest my eyes from the contacts as Gazal recommended I do. Also, shout out to Laila for following up with me late in the day. I thought that was a really nice touch. Look forward to seeing you all again for my awesome pair of glasses.

I had an amazing first visit at Gazal Eyecare. Gazal and her staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, and the entire experience felt personable, attentive, and professional. Gazal managed the process with exceptional care and professionalism, and her entire team, including the third-party service providers, were friendly, knowledgeable, and confident in their expertise. The atmosphere was relaxing and almost tranquil, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The frame selection was excellent, and Andy and Gazal did a great job helping me choose frames and lenses that met all of my needs. This was honestly the best eyecare visit I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend Gazal Eyecare to my friends and family. I’m looking forward to picking up my new glasses in a few weeks, and I’m already considering purchasing a pair of sunglasses after I test out my new glasses.

I had a very disappointing experience with Gazal Eye Care. I scheduled an eye exam in advance and received an email confirmation for my appointment. When I arrived at the clinic, the staff told me I didn’t have a reservation. After I showed them my confirmation email, they seemed surprised and acknowledged that I did, in fact, have an appointment. Instead of honoring it, they then informed me that there were no doctors available that day. It’s hard to understand how a medical practice can confirm an appointment and then have no doctor available when the patient arrives. Whether this was due to poor scheduling or a lack of communication, the result was the same: my time was completely wasted. If a practice can’t honor confirmed appointments, it should notify patients ahead of time rather than having them drive to the office only to be turned away. I would not recommend this business if you value your time and expect a medical office to keep its commitments.

First time at Gazal and it was a great experience. The team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. The facility presents a comfortable and welcoming environment. All of my questions were answered, and I look forward to receiving my new glasses!
