Wow! This was my first visit to see Dr. Patel at Eye Care Solutions and what a great experience for an eye exam! Smiling, polite staff… Clean professional environment… The absolute latest in eye care technology… And Dr. Patel‘s care and concern for my health was refreshing! Also, after wearing contacts for over 40 years and going to multiple eye care specialists, it was so impressive that Eye Care Solutions had my exact multifocal toric contact lens prescription in house. And I walked away wearing brand new contact lenses! When you are ready for your next eye exam, I strongly recommend Dr. Patel at Eye Care Solutions!

If I could give 10 stars I would! From going to another optometrist for years, I needed to find somewhere closer. Booked and had an appointment within a week. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and put at ease. The customer service was top tier and so was the appointment! By far the best experience I’ve had with a doctor in my life. It was straight to the point and precise with expertise. I will be recommending Dr. Patel to all of my family and friends!

Our whole family sees Dr. Patel. He and Sisely are wonderful. They maintain a beautiful office, there’s never a wait, and their equipment is state-of-the-art. Dr. Patel always listens to our concerns, is very warm and friendly, and is thorough in his education. I walk away knowing more about my eyes than when I came in. We are grateful we have such a terrific eye doctor in Crabapple/Milton!

This is a truly different experience than your typical healthcare provider from any specific field. They truly care about your experience and about finding the best solutions for what you want/need. Recently I lost my prescription sunglasses (progressives) and was about to leave for vacation, leaving no time to get new sunglasses. I am blind without glasses so wearing regular sunglasses was not an option. I called them with my dilemma. They proposed that I come in for contacts and, if that worked, then I could purchase regular sunglasses to get me through vacation. GREAT solution and worked perfectly. I would have never thought of this myself. I believe that most practices would not have tried so hard to help solve my problem. Called them on the Friday before July 4th BTW….and they worked this hard before/after the holiday to help meet my needs before departing on 7/10. Cannot recommend them enough!

The entire staff at Eye Care Solutions is absolutely amazing!! Sicily at the front desk is always welcoming and professional. Every time I walk into the office, it's like being greeted by an old friend. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgable and genuinely care about his patients. I am customer for life!!
