Marietta Eye Clinic

I have been going to Marietta Eye for 2+ years. I find their doctor's and all their Staff to be kind, precise, professional and caring. If I had anything I would like to see differently it would be that their response time after leaving a message was more timely. I especially, like Dr. Akers and her Staff...very thorough!! They explain everything!! They listen to my concerns and find a cause or remedy. They are right on!!

I had no problems with any one from the time of admitting until release. All were well trained on their jobs. The only problem i had it took 25 days to get a surgery date. However the Doctor was excellent.

Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I called to set up an apointment as a new client to get contacts. When I asked if I need to schedule an exam to get contacts as a new patient, they transfered me to a Dr who confirmed yes I do. She doesn't do scheduling, and that's fine, transfered me to scheduling, I opted for a call back. A little round about, but OK. Scheduling informed me that all new clients get a one time contact fitting charge. I asked what that is and what is a fitting charge. They refused to give me any answer besides its a one time charge for new clients that they have to make me aware of... I then tried to give them my eye insurance. They informed me that regardless of what my card says, that there is a 3rd party that handles it and I need to call them and find that information out. When I asked if they can do that since I have a literal card that had a me.bership id number and states what kind of insurance I have, they let me know that they have been doing this for a while, they hear that all the time, that im wrong and I need to call back after I get the information bc she can not... I told her just cancel everything. She never asked my name, never asked a question about scheduling, just preceded to tell me im wrong, she's tight, and created hurdle after hurdle. Lost a customer for life. Train your staff better

Entire staff was professional very helpful. The doctor was very concerned about my condition with shingles close to my eye. Worked me in immediately making sure I didn’t have retna damage. Marietta eye clinic is the best.

Wait time was minimal. The technician who examined me first was professional and knowledgeable. He managed several tests in an expedient fashion. The Eye Doctor was personable and performed several exams and reported a good result. I give this team a 9+ out of 10.
