For the first time being there, I felt very important. They did test on my eyes my vision. I learned things I didn’t know, I feel they are very concerned about how I see. They took the time to explain everything and made me feel a lot better about myself. They did such a great job from the front desk to the back.
Very unprofessional when it comes to customer service. Not once have they answered any of my phone calls. Their posted business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m yet I arrived at 3:50 p.m. on a Friday to pick up my order and the office was already closed. They claim visits are by appointment only, but how is anyone supposed to make an appointment when they never answer the phone or return calls? The doctor is excellent that is the only positive thing I can say. Unfortunately, the front office and customer service are absolutely terrible. If you’re going to advertise business hours and require appointments, at the very least answer your phones or honor the hours you post. This level of service is unacceptable and incredibly frustrating.
Their staff is very friendly and bilingual, which is a great help when discussing symptoms, especially if you feel more comfortable speaking another language. The prices are quite affordable, and their diagnoses are very accurate. I would recommend them without hesitation.
It was a great experience. I needed a new vision specialist since I am new to the area and I am glad I found Dr. Suji. It was efficient and professional and Susie the receptionist was also very good. Highly recommended!
This was my first time being seen at this office & the front desk receptionist & the doctor are all very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve never felt more welcomed and listened too. 10/10
