The front office is very attentive and makes it easy to book appointments. The doctors takes the time to explain everything in detail. The whole team provides excellent patient care. I appreciate the detailed email notes which makes it much easier to acquire prescription lenses or review with your primary care physician.
Couldn’t have better things to say about this office. From the front staff to the technicians in the back to the Dr. Marino! I left with the best impression of the entire place. For context my daughter is 4 and eye exams can be a lot. They took their time with her, nothing felt rushed or inconvenient. Very thorough exam and everything was explained to us as we went along. Everyone was so kind to us. Even the technicians who weren’t assisting our visit. I manage dental practices and I have a whole new perspective on the WOW experience. I recommend this office 10/10!
Doctor Mariño is great, she takes her time to talk with you and explain everything about your eyes situation. Her staff is amazing I needed to change my appointment and they did everything to accommodate my wife and me in a short period of time to be able to get an appointment. My nine year old daughter has been coming to Dr. Marino for the past four years. Every experience I’ve had in this office has been extremely welcoming. From the moment you arrive to checkout the staff does a great job in making you feel at home. Dr. Marino is very patient, loving, and kind. Regarding my daughter’s eye health and pleasant vision, without a doubt, I have all my trust in her work and advise. I highly recommend her to any patient, the love and concern she has with each individual patient is remarkable, no matter the age.
This place is highly recommend for those in need for vision support. The team is amazing, professional and understanding. I came as a walk in, a new patient with an immediate need after experiencing several days of eye pain that wasn’t getting better. Prior I called several places not getting anywhere with only response of available appt months out and told to go to the emergency room if I need to be seen right away. Marino Eye Care came to my rescue and solved my concern. I’m grateful for their service.
