Great customer service. I called in with problems with my eyes burning. So bad they got me in that day. I was unable to do my follow-up appointment 10 days later hoping I can still get back in with him. They were very polite, very professional.I highly recommend this place.Best customer service

Im giving it a 3 because I genuinely like the dr I see there and hes been great with explaining everything and helping me with my chronic eye issues. The office manager unfortunately is a jerk and thats the nicest thing I can say,I was told i had to have the co-pay upfront they dont bill anymore,instead of stating it's a new policy at first she genuinely argued with me about it while a big old man sat in the room smirking and continued to do so after she had me sit down for the second time. I basically said I haven't had any issues in the past and her first remark was "well it took u to long to pay it back so I cant do it for you again",I have proof thats a lie cause I've either paid that day later on or I've been told just pay it at your next visit which I have always done with no issues, then she tells me if im gonna act out because I told her she was lying because she was that I could just leave. She also attempted to tell me that my insurance wouldn't allow it to billed later, thats funny cause my insurance said it's up to the office. I go to this practice often because I have issues that requires shots or steroid drops so that I wont have blurred vision, light sensitivity,floaters and pain. Had the lady stated before she decided to argue and yell about it and act ridiculous that it was a new policy in place because unfortunately alot of people hadn't paid there co-pays etc and basically screwed the office over id have gladly said ok and rescheduled, luckily I had someone send me 15 dollars that I was lacking for a 30 dollar co-pay so I could be seen,but something definitely needs to be done about that lady treating people like crap, a few of the co-workers there said alot of people had not so nice things to say about her attitude and they didn't understand why she was still working there,honestly I dont understand why shes still working there either when she has zero compassion or empathy for anyone. If there was any other way I could still see the same dr but not have to see that miserable woman I'd absolutely do it,I heard they have an office in cape girardeau and I'd rather go further then deal with her rude mouth again.

I had lost my glasses so hada pay $60 to get new ones! First after a month I called and they said she left a voivemail weeks ago! Umm my voicemail set isnt set up! Didn't say a word, went to pick up, can barely see but see glasses are different! She says i can assure you theyre identical, I put them on and said no they aren't. As she looked at me like Im crazy and says those are the exact glasses u had! Im just shaking my head bc not true! Guess what?!! Found my glasses and looky! $60 for some glasses id of never ever paid for! I dont do rounded glasses! So hey! They are NOT the same! Oh and I waited a month, finally I called and asked what was going on, was there a problem and was told she had called me 2wks ago n left message they were in.. "I can assure you, those are the exact" n voicemail situation, ive grown alot leme just say...

Dr Jacob Heath is friendly but professional and does a thorough exam. The receptionist and the tech ordering your glasses are friendly. The tech that took me back to the exam room was not friendly at all but was professional and thorough. I will be a returning pstient.

Sarah helped me choose my glasses and was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I got my glasses for a great price. The receptionist was also nice and professional.
