Walmart Vision Center

My husband and I both scheduled Eye appointments. We were able to schedule an appointment rather quickly. When we arrived we were greeted and seated in the waiting area promptly. Both of the employees were friendly and helpful. Dr England was very kind and really knowledgeable. Our exams went well and we both ordered our glasses that day. They were ready in 2 days! They fit and look nice. Very happy with our experience and have recommended them to my family and friends.

The optometrist is great but the service is awful. Had to return Glasses a week after receiving them for lenes correction and was told it would take 10 days for correction. Was contacted by walmart vision that the Glasses was in, only to find that wasn't even my Glasses now 30 days later and still no Glasses. The black haired vision employee is more worried about her cell phone than actually helping customers. She is incompetent in her job as all she gives is excuse after excuse. Will be returning to walmart vision for the last time to demand refund and not for another excuse. As I said the optometrist is great and quite competent and accommodating which I highly recommend the doctor. But as far as the service on Glasses look for some place else to purchase the Glasses

I have been dealing with getting a frame less pare of glasses, and they can't seem to get it right. It's not Walmart itself. It's not the people that work in Walmart. It's whoever they are using to process their glass. But they chose whom they use. I am not happy wearing crooked glasses. And they had to change the prescription twice because they can't seem to get that correct either.

The worst place to ever!!! Was told i could get a discount on contacts with glasses but was told i couldnt pay until they came in or i wouldnt get my discount. So a week later when i called to check to see if my glasses came in, they never ordered them. Do yourself a favor go somewhere other than walmart optical in dexter, rhe staff doesnt even want to do thier job theyre so lazy!!

I was able to get contacts and glasses with a very knowledgeable and professional staff! This staff went above my expectations and I greatly appreciate everything they did for me! I was able to save hundreds of dollars compared to my old vision center! Great job and highly recommend this vision center!
