Dr. Williams will be greatly missed by this patient. Due to the weather I was unable to see Dr. Williams before she left. I was given an appointment with the new provider. The office was busy, my appointment took longer than expected, though the provider was dealing with a bit of a handful before my appointment and ended up splitting her time between the two of us. I did not find the provider very personable, especially when meeting a patient for the first time, I am not sure I will agree to an appointment with her in the future.

I felt the exam itself was very thorough and the doctor explained everything well. The person who helped with buying glasses was helpful and did not try to oversell options/add-ons. When I received my glasses, they needed a little adjustment for the progressive lens to fit right and they were very helpful. Great follow through service :)

I was seen very quickly and felt that my eye exam was very thorough. The Doctor and her staff were very helpful and gave me more information than I have ever received at any other eye Doctor visit. So, in a nutshell, the whole office was fast, courteous and great at their jobs.

I have been going to Marion Eye Center in Eldorado, Il for the past 3 years or so, and the staff there are courteous, friendly, and quick. I love Dr. Megan Moore, she is the best, fantastic at what she does, and answered all questions I had.

We are in Eldorado visiting family and need a repair on my wife's glasses. Marion Eye Care was able to get me taken care of in 15 minutes or less.
