I was here just a couple days ago, I was attended to in a timely manner. Employees were very friendly, place is very clean! The eye doctor was very professional!!! The only downside is that it takes a while to be able to get an appointment, not by any fault of theirs. I was told by an insider that no doctors want to come to this state.

I have good insurance. Waited for my appointment. Then took day off which cost me 150 of work pay. And all I hear docotor sick. I love the way they are so nice. But I work for us government and they cost me al9t time and money. And I need my glasses or contacts know not another 3 weeks to 3 months
We usually love Marion eye center. However our visit with Dr. Kippenbrock was a different story. He was rushing through the appointment. For example, both my son and daughter only said 2 letters of the line they could read before he cut them off and moved on. Then my son has had poor vision since he was about 6(he gets it from his father.) It has not stabilized yet as we had talked with Dr. Williams about at our last visit. However, my son wore a shirt that said "this boy runs on Jesus and video games." From the very begining of the start of my sons appointment we felt judged based of my sons shirt. We are strict on how much screen time they get. But this Dr. told me our son's poor vision is our fault due to too much screen time. He asked about my son using a Chromebook at school, which they do. So he proceeds to tell us he should have ZERO screen time including TV on school days and 1 hour on the weekend days. I understand in a textbook perfect world that might be the recommendation however, we live in the real world. He then proceeded to tell my 12 year old son to "go outside and play, sunshine is good for the eyes." I was very upset by the way we were treated by this doctor. We have never had a provider treat us this way. I hope someone addresses this behavior as the way he treated us was unacceptable.
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted nicely and felt welcomed. The staff was always smiling and made me laugh and kept me talking. I enjoyed it very much. The place is nice and nice staff people that work there.
The staff was professional and kind. There was not a long wait. I had my eyes dilated and was provided with a sun shield to put behind my glasses to help keep the sun out of my eyes as I drove home.
