Stacey was absolutely amazing. Took such great care of me and genuinely seemed to care. Was a great help at picking out the frames that looked best on me. This is the best experience I have ever had in my life. I had never been to.Eye Mart Before. I have found my forever eyewear, Family. The eye examination and Technician were also amazing. Seems like they have the best equipment available. I did not feel rushed, but taking care of thoroughly. Just a great set up overall five stars easily.

From start to finish, a professional staff made it comfortable for my eye exam and picking out my glasses. Thank you, Wendi, Alyssa, and Stacy. Highly recommend Eyemart in Marion, Illinois. You won’t be disappointed. Great pricing and selection of frames.
This is a good place for quick glasses, but we don't really care for the virtual exam. They are very friendly, but understaffed. I'm not sure if they overbooked the day we came, but we waited a half hour after our appointment to be seen. The glass frame selection for tweens/teens is terrible. We ended up getting a pair we didn't really care for and will have to go elsewhere for something a 13 year old likes.
I had called and spoken with Kayleigh and gave her my insurance and set appointment. I told her I couldn't come if they didn't take insurance. She looked it up and said they did. When I got to my appointment no one was there for about 10 minutes. Chris came out, he said we don't take Medicare insurance, I told him I had been assured that you did when made the appointment. I have Medicare advantage, EyeMed insurance. I have been coming there since first opened. He said well I've been here almost 2 years, finally he realized they took it, but never apologized. Kayleigh was very good. The staff that helped out front were wonderful!
The store was completely packed with a customer that couldn't find glasses to fit his face with 1 lady working the floor. Ambrelle i belive was her name, was absolutely amazing in the way she handled the people waiting. Definitely found a new place to shop for glasses. The prices are just right on the money
