We have used them for years, but the service has steeply declined. Tried to make an appointment for my family of 3 for annual eye exam appointments and was told that they could not accommodate that, because it takes up too much time. We have been patients for almost 15 years and have always had our annual exams and gotten our glasses through them... I guess we will find somewhere new and I will never recommend them again.

Great experience! Very welcoming staff, everyone is kind and helpful. Dr Jessie is informative and wants patients to completely understand each step of the exam and any forthcoming procedures. No worries here, they all take care of the patients very well!

Suck it office lady. Found my glasses paper and ordered my glasses 🤣 refused to give me my prescription cause it was “out of date” even though it is part of my medical records and she is required to BY LAW!!! definitely don’t come here because the office staff is impossible to deal with. I loved Dr Crabtree she is so awesome but unfortunately the office ladies make her look bad! Happy I found it and don’t have to book a new appointment somewhere else. And was able to get new contacts too. Now not only will you not be getting the money from me for the appointment but now you have totally lost me as a customer. Wasted your time and mine 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Nothing but great experiences every time I am there. Dr. Jessie takes the time to listen to my concerns. She also takes the time to explain what's going on with my sight and answer any questions that I have. I've recently had a major issue with my left eye that they got me right in for. She was very concerned, started me immediately on medication and wanted a follow up the next day. The next day my condition was worse. She called a local opthalmologist for an appointment for me to get a second opinion. They took me in right away. I was assured by the opthalmologist that Dr. Jessie had me on the right course of treatment. Allowing the medication time to work, a noticable improvement starting happening. I read the reviews and see people complaining about the cost and what the insurance doesn't pay. The practice is not responsible for what your insurance does or does not pay. Your responsibility as a consumer is to know your insurance coverage. This is my eye sight! It's extremely important to keep it in good shape. I trust this office to do that for me. I would hate to think that I could have lost my vision because I don't like the cost of treatment. I don't have optical insurance. It's more about priorities.

Very rude front desk. They also added features on our lenses that we didnt ask for and said it was a requirement. After we paid the really high bill after insurance, 2 months down the road they sent us another bill demanding more money because they said the insurance didnt cover it. They hounded us for it. We refused to pay because we paid our high bill already and that fight is with the insurance. Always keep your receipts.
