Marion Eye Centers

This is my first time going to the Marion location. The staff were probably some of the most respectful and genuinely nice people I've ever met. The eye doctor was really helpful and took the time to explain to me the changes in my prescription. The woman who checked me at first and the one who helped me pick my glasses both were so nice and they made it feel like I'd known them for years.

Meh, unimpressed. Tried to get glasses since January. First it took FOREVER to get an appointment, then it got cancelled last second and rescheduled. Now in early March, get exam and then wait another month for glasses. Now April, glasses are way off and I have to start over with a scheduling of appointment, wait for new glasses. Now we are in late May, glasses still not wearable, I am out nearly $200 bucks and I am too exhausted to keep going back over and over. My advice is to simply buy readers off the walmart shelf. This place is expensive and exhausting!!

I really like Dr faisel he's very nice he tells me my options and lets me decide what's best for me he's very respectful he makes me feel very comfortable I would recommend him to anyone I've had two visits with him and they've both been wonderful..

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I een got more coverage from my insurance then I ever got from the Harrisburg office. Will definitely go back to the Marion ofice.

It’s pretty sad when employees can’t even show basic respect to customers. The two heavy set women ( I only can give there features since none them had name tags ) working there were extremely rude and unprofessional, and without name tags there’s no accountability for their behavior. A little kindness and customer service would go a long way.
