I just had the best experience here! Everyone was friendly, kind, and helpful. Trina laughed at all of my jokes (and it was NOT my best material!), Dr Locke answered all of my questions, and Ashley had my back in finding frames that I like AND that look good on me! Every medical office should take notes on how they deliver both a warm and professional experience.

I experience chronic migraines. I got a prescription for neurolens and my migraines have decreased drastically. I used to get them every day all day. Now I only get them during my menstrual cycle. My life has changed completely because of neurolens. Also the dr is amazing and listens and really cares about you as a person not just patient!

I stopped in with my sister to look at glasses. I will never order online again after working with Ashley. She is very patient and knows her stuff! Loved this facility!

Went to family eye care because I needed a second opinion. They were wonderful! Ashley Adams recommended that I go there. Very impressed with the office and all staff. I had just been somewhere else and have been going to the other place for several years. This time I felt they didn’t get it right. Family eye care not only found a misdiagnosis but also a diagnosis that was completely missed by the other store. I will be staying with family eye care from now on. I cannot express enough how welcoming this staff was. We usually go to Marion eye center where it feels more like a transaction instead of an appointment but these guys knocked hospitality out of the park. Super friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in and they take you through every step including helping pick out a pair that's best for you. Will be transferring our family to complete family eye care.
