I wanted to leave a review regarding your employee Rachelle in the Visio Center. My daughter was struggling with her new contact and she was so kind and helpful. She made a bad situation so much better! She deserves a raise for being so professional and courteous.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I scheduled two appointments for my parents, and today the receptionists were rude, inattentive, and dismissive. However, when a man with insurance arrived, they were suddenly polite and even directed him to a chair. They spoke to him kindly, but completely ignored my parents. Their appointments were at 10:30 and 11:00, and they were never called. We will never come back to this place. It seems that if you don’t have insurance—even if you’re willing to pay—you don’t deserve to be treated with respect. Don’t waste your time here.
The place itself is a real nice establishment. It's the optometrist there that should not b able to practice n her field of work with how she treated me. Because I couldn't afford another exam for my right eye, to discover the reason for its decrease n vision since last visit, on top of the $145 exam I currently was n and the $95 a box X2 for the contacts I would need I couldn't afford it and passed. She then gives me the wrong script not only n the eye she wanted to exam. But n the eye with no change as well. I didn't realize till I was already at home and went to read something on my phone that I couldn't read it. She had taken away my near sightedness n both eyes. When I called about it the next day, she refused to speak with me and the help she had me speak with was reading notes n my file of things the doctor had never said to me. She's a scam artist out for as much money as she can get ya for. Stay away from Marion Walmart Eye Center. The quick scheduling compared to other places is not worth it when u leave there still not able to see like u thought u were going in to have fixed.
Such a great experience! Every associate was friendly, helpful and full of smiles. The optometrist was super patient with me as I (slowly) took the exam lol and soooo much fun to talk to. Not to mention the exam itself was very reasonably priced and I found an amazingly cute set of frames for only $90. They didn't take my blue cross blue shield insurance, but even without coverage it was totally affordable. I would definitely recommend coming here. Thanks guys!
I HAVE TO EDIT MY FIRST REVIEW Staff and optometrist were polite and welcoming. Been nothing but a hassle since. Appt. June 10. Never got contacts ordered. Prescription WRONG but was told it was a minor correction. So? No refund because optometrist is independent. Was told yesterday all was good and got my prescription for contacts but the prescription is unacceptable, I had this prescription years ago and have some old contacts, I can't see with them. I came in wearing a stronger one that needed to be stronger. Weaker than two previous exams over a period of years in another state. Prescription was 4.0 but actually needs to be 4.5 or 4.75, but, hey, close right? I have made so many calls to them. Unsatisfactory. I'm still having to deal with them or accept I handed them $175 for nothing and start over. Now, today, we begin again.
