The customer service and accuracy at this Optometry Office is unparalleled. I had a wonderful experience picking out my frames. It took some time finding the glasses that were right for me but the staff was so patient, informative, charismatic; and above all, kind. I am so happy with my purchase! I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else! Everyone was wonderful on my visit. Can't wait to get my new glasses. There was no waiting, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and they have some great frames to pick from. They were helpful at getting me the things I wanted in my glasses at a good price. And the doctor took his time and listened while flipping lenses to get the right "fit" for my eyes. All around it was a good experience.
Awesome staff. Dr is polite and makes you feel welcomed and he is truly happy to see you! Front office staff are helpful and accommodating. I've been going to this office for at least 8 years. My whole family goes. Great selection of glasses too!
Dr Byers was very thorough in his exam, answered all my questions and devoted a good amount of time-I never felt rushed. He has a great sense of humor. His staff was very friendly and professional, and also helpful in helping me select my new glasses.
My first experience with the staff was incredible. I called the office and spoke with Kathleen. Speaking with Kathleen for the first time was like talking to a great friend.
