Without a doubt, the garden center of the Walmart in Cleveland is the WORST!!! They should be terribly embarrassed but I have a feeling that they just don’t care. Most ALL of their vegetable plants were dead, due to lack of watering, as were many other plants in the parking lot. It’s shameful!!

I really like the remodeling but I gotta laugh at how tight the bathrooms are. Look I ain't even big, but I had to struggle to close the bathroom door and i cant imagine a fat person struggling to even fit in the bathrooms. And this is america... unless we all get on trumps $400 ozempic, then we should be fine right? 😂 I am glad yall closed those huge gaps inbetween the stalls tho ✨️ Employees are sweet and friendly, customers are concerning. Mostly old cranky ppl so its hard to take their reviews srs but the young adults here are chill, ppl who work the registers always let ppl know what takes card only. It looks clean to me, love seeing plants on sale bc then I can buy and regrow them for cheap

Today, I discovered that the Cleveland Walmart has died. They aren't selling hunting licenses, the gun counter has been totally cleared is now closed, camo options were a joke. They had a few selections of shorts for women but only in XS or 3XL. Men's shorts options were also an absolute joke. You could either get the ghetto and1 basketball shorts or 10" inseam shorts that don't even make it to your knee. There was a group of 10 to 15 high school age boys that were hanging out in an intersection by automotive for the longest time making it hard for anyone to pass. Since when do high school kids get a thrill from hanging out in Walmart and why is Walmart letting them? Also, they use to have small bottles of wd40 at the cash registers. They don't sell those anymore either. Needless to say, this Walmart didn't have 90% of what we went their for and its starting to be a local hang out for teens. If you are going for groceries, its probably ok but anything else, you are better off going elsewhere.

Wasted my time, trying to get paint. Called while standing at paint counter for a while , no follow through. Pushed help button and had associates call over the intercom. I wasted my gas time and energy. To have someone say they are going to get help and then leave you standing even longer without getting back to me shows management sucks and doesn’t care about people. It’s so important we are very careful where we spend our money these days especially.

I had a very frustrating experience with the automotive center. I spent over 4 hours waiting, only to be told their servive system was down and that I needed to come back later. This was especially disappointing considering all I needed was a single tire mounted—something that had already been dispensed and paid for. The techs said they could have done it but manager refused out of self driven motive. What made the situation worse was the lack of customer focus. There was no sense of urgency or effort to find a solution after such a long wait. The service manager, Ramiro, handled the situation unprofessionally and did not demonstrate the level of maturity expected when dealing with an escalated customer concern. Overall, this reflects poorly on the management and their commitment to customer service. Definitely an area that needs serious improvement.
