Unprofessional. The ladies in the front are great but the doctor is extremely unprofessional I came in for contacts and he told me to watch a TikTok on how to them without properly showing me or letting me practice. This isn’t quality care take your money somewhere else

The two young ladies in the front desk is absolutely amazing and very professional! If your looking to get glasses I recommend going to them. They were very patient and gives you the perfect glasses that fits you very well for an outstanding look. Will come back to them for a second pair.

I’ve been a customer for years. Great staff. Fast service. And amazing looks! Update: 6/24/2024 I’ve been a customer for at least 15 years. I recently purchased 2 new frames and had to purchase a new eye exam. I paid to have my glasses ready for same day services. One pair of The glasses that I was provided broke on me the next day and I simply just took them off my face. I believe that I was sold display frames that were constantly being tried on by other customers. I had to wait 2 additional weeks for new frames that I know in fact are the same exact frames that had broken, they glued them back together. I asked to be refunded the money I paid for the same day services and they did nothing to compensate me for my troubles. I pay out of pocket with no insurance so I will just try americas best next time they have better deals anyway. I just like to go to where I am used to but ever since Precise moved from long Dr to Griggs rd the service has gone downhill.

I been to multiple opticals and this one is the best one I’ve ever been! The process was smoothly and easy with the help of the front desk receptionists. Evelyn was very kind throughout my whole visit! You’ll be in and out with excellent service and a smile on your face. Very family friendly environment. 10/10 I highly recommend!! (:

Have always taken good care of us with working with our insurance, advising us, and treatment plans. I appreciate not feeling pressured to spend more, but instead encouraged to get what we need. Kind staff and get you scheduled and through smoothly. Definitely recommend.
