Adrian and Priscilla were so very helpful. Adrian was so great at helping me pick out glasses. I wanted a specific color and Adrian worked hard to find me a perfect pair! He was interrupted helping me due to an extremely rude customer demanding attention from every staff member. The customer was extremely rude waving arms raising voice - mainly directed at Adrian. Adrian was so polite and progressional to this very inappropriate customer. Priscilla stepped in to help me out and was just as amazing! I would highly recommend this location.

My first appointment at this Visionworks location was pleasant. I got resolved what I went in there to accomplish, in which was to have my eye exam and to purchase glasses and sunglasses that I like. The staff was knowledgeable and did their job well. My only con would be for the staff to be a little bit more sociable and friendly.

The manager, I think her name is Erwin, she was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. My designer glasses were broken during your trace process and I was very disappointed. Your manager treated me with respect and did not make excuses. She managed my situation and provided me options that made me happy 😊. She found a pair of glasses that were similar to mine but better looking. She was amazing.

It would have been a 5 star if it wasn't for the last person at check out.The check-in person was nice and quickly took care of me. The doctor was awesome! We had a great conversation during the consultation. But the person who takes care of you when you choose glasses and gives you your prescription could care less about you not very friendly.

Wasn’t so bad, doctor and other staff were swift and kind. When I came in to check in for my appointment Dexter had issues checking me in. However, that’s no problem but after I came back in to straighten out any confusion he in fact DID have an attitude although it was an issue on HIS end. An older woman who worked there (I forgot to check for her name) came in and checked me in asap. Thank you.
