I’m literally in my car writing this because I was so pleasantly surprised by the staff and the overall atmosphere here. Brookwood Eyecare can get my business any day. I just want to say this place is absolutely amazing. As a new client, I was treated with genuine respect and kindness from the very first call to schedule my appointment. I just left, and even though I didn’t end up purchasing frames from them, the staff still took the time to guide me on where I could find exactly what I was looking for. There was zero pressure, zero pushiness—just real, patient-first care. That says everything about the kind of business they run. Five stars, hands down.

The staff was organized and their processes were swift and solid. Patients were diligently being cared for. Dr. Menae Miller was thorough, efficient, intelligent and extremely knowledgeable. I've worn glasses for 34 years and never have I experienced such a deep and thorough inspection of my eyes. The staff was knowledgeable about my benefits and explained next steps clearly.
